What happened.
On 2 July 2025 the Financial Conduct Authority fined Craig Donaldson £167,325 after finding he was knowingly concerned in a contravention of Listing Rule 1.3.3R. Listing Rule 1.3.3R requires issuers to take reasonable care to ensure that regulatory disclosures are accurate and complete.
